Report a problem

Something isn't working? Send the page link, what you were trying to do and the error message. If the message includes a requestId, you can include it too. Mention your browser and whether you're using a phone or a computer.

Is a listing incorrect or do you suspect misuse? Use ‘Report listing’ on the student room page or email us the link with your explanation.

Accessibility

Are you having trouble using the website with a keyboard, screen reader or other assistive tools? Tell us which page this happens on and what you cannot use. Include your browser and assistive tool so we can investigate the problem.
